Attach: Remove the protective film and firmly attach the pad at the desired position inside the shoe.
Wear: Put on the shoe as usual and adjust the fit slightly if needed.

Pro tip: For shoes that fit a bit loosely in the heel area, positioning the pad in the upper or middle section of the heel cup can help make the fit more comfortable.
