Attach: Press the suction cup firmly onto the windshield or dashboard and lock the lever.
Adjust: Rotate the ball head in the desired direction and lock it in position.

Pro Tip: If the suction cup loses adhesion after extended use, simply rinse with warm water, pat dry, and press on again – full adhesion is immediately restored.
