IronGrip Grease Nipple Coupler with Dual-Handle Locking

The coupler slips off and grease ends up everywhere except in the bearing.

Anyone working on tight pins with a conventional single-handle coupler knows the result: bruised knuckles, grease on the frame, and half the cartridge wasted. The IronGrip Dual-Handle Locking Coupler locks onto the grease nipple, holds securely without needing to be held, and frees both hands for pumping. The grease goes straight into the bearing – not on the machine, not on the floor, not on you.

Advantages

• No more bruised knuckles: The dual-handle locking mechanism holds the coupler firmly on the grease nipple even under full pressure – no more annoying repositioning or slipping in tight spaces.
• No more wasted grease: The 12,000 PSI internal seal presses every drop directly into the bearing, so you won’t lose half cartridges or have to repeat the greasing process constantly.
• No replacement after one season: The hardened steel housing with high-strength spring withstands years of daily use – no more worries whether the coupler will work on the next job.

Specifications

• Pressure rating: Up to 12,000 PSI
• Thread type: 1/8" NPT
• Size: 9 × 1.4 cm
• Compatibility: Standard & metric grease nipples (90°, 45° and straight)
• Material: Hardened steel

Usage

1. Screw on: Turn the IronGrip by hand onto the 1/8" NPT thread of the grease gun – hand tight is sufficient.
2. Lock: Press both handles, place the head onto the grease nipple, and release – the jaws automatically grip and lock securely.
3. Pump & release: Pump with both hands, then squeeze the handles together, pull off, and move to the next fitting.

Pro tip: For deeply located or hard-to-reach grease nipples on tractor joints, use a 90° adapter between the gun and the IronGrip – this way you can reach every fitting without tilting the grease gun.
