Usage

1. Preparation: Soak the sharpening stone in water for 5–10 minutes until no more air bubbles rise.
2. Sharpening: Use the #1000 side and guide the knife over the stone with even movements at a constant angle.
3. Polishing: Then use the #6000 side to lightly polish the blade and complete the sharpening process.
