Usage

1. Turn on and enter weight: Turn on the device and enter your body weight on the LCD – this allows the sensor to calculate calories exactly.
2. Grab handles and start: Hold both handles and start swinging – the balls find their arc automatically, no rope length needs to be adjusted.
3. Read statistics and improve: Between sets, read jump count, calories, and timer on the display and increase your daily goal in the next workout.

Pro tip: Enter your actual body weight before starting – the motion sensor uses this value to calculate calorie consumption more precisely with each rotation. A few grams difference can make several calories difference over a 20-minute session.
